I'm considering a reasonably priced 2014 Carrera that has 99K miles on it. this is my first time buying a Porsche Carrera and I wanted to get feed back and what to expect if I'm getting this car.  any feedback or suggestion is greatly appreciated.

I would post this on a Porsche forum. I would recommend you have plenty of money in the bank for repairs. Make sure the car has a Full maintenance history and have the car and the paperwork checked out by a top notch Porsche shop BEFORE buying it.

I was told this could be a good deal for the listed price, I can always rebuild the engine in 2-3 years from now for another 15-20K. I wonder if it's worth while to take that route.

The engine is only one part. The rest also have 100k miles on them. Porsche's do have a reputation as being durable when properly maintained. You are doing your home work on repair costs which is a good thing.
