Electrical problem

I went over some ripples and the rear end bounced. The engine light came on the skid light came on the dash board lights started to flash and the wipers came on and could not turn them off. I shut the truck down waited a few minutes started it up and everything was fine except the engine light was still on. this happen twice in the past 4 days.

if your talking about the... 2014 Ram 1500 SLT Quad Cab 6.3 ft. Bed 4WD....take it to any dealer ! it could be anything...
