i have a 2004 gmc envoy. it was taken in for a complete engine change due to it
running w/o engine oil. now the shuts down when coming to a stop and the
Rpm arrow goes up and down, Also my AC SUCKS!! when i turn it on only the
drivers panel work and every other vent takes out hot air. even when i have
panel only it throws hot air at my feet.

First thing is first, when the battery was re-connected, the vent actuators and blend doors blew. Pretty common to happen unfortunately with the GMT360 platform. Fix this and your AC will work as it should. Unhook the battery, and clean your throttle body, this will solve bad idle when the AC is on. The shutting off when coming to a stop has even happened to me. Cleaning the throttle body, should help this, but may have something else going on like a the purge valve solenoid being clogged. This info gives you a strong base to go after these fixable problems.
