Oil temp up to 60 how to fix it and my temp cooling 240

You mean oil pressure up to 60? Would be normal when accelerating, should decrease to around 40 when decelerating or at idle. Cooling temp on our gauges should read 210, but since our gauges are garbage and useless, I'd use a scanner to see what the real temperature is. Real temp should be around what the thermostat is rated at, somewhere around 195.
240 is too hot. I would inspect the cooling system and do a cooling system service, Make sure the radiator fins are not clogged with dirt and bugs, the fan works and that the coolant level is not low.
