Has crank, but no start.

2004 GMC envoy xuv 4.2L L6
This past Monday I drove it,turn it off for about a hr or
less. Went to start it and it crank but no start, noticed
the serpentine belt popped off. Got that back on went
to start it,crank no start. Didn’t hear the fuel pump
kick on. So relaxed the fuel pump the next day,
connected everything back together wired it how the
new part said. Went to start and no still no start.
Checked the fuses and relays, they are good.
Checked the wiring to make sure I had them wired
good they are. Idk what else it could be. Any help
please it’s a good vehicle.
