Changing ATF fluid in my car

My car hit 75k miles and the at oil temp keeps flashing
yellow when driving to work, all our shops and dealers
are like closed due to covid. So changing my ATF fluid
does anyone know the best brand or kind for my car
everytime i look in the manual or google it just says to
contact my dealer but no one answers me and i need to
work.

You need a transmission shop immediately, driving it will ruin the transmission due to overheating of the fluid, thus loss of lubrication. You may have a blocked transmission cooler.

Nah. The culprit is probably a bad solenoid in the CVT. Have a shop with a tranny scanner decode before proceeding. The valve body is $700, plus a couple hours to replace. The CVT fluid is most probably ok, but of course will be automatically replaced when the tranny's opened up. Good luck.
