2004 gmc yukon slt radio issue

I have a 2004 gmc yukon slt. I left the key in the
ignition and the battery went dead. We jumped it
and haven't had any issue except for the radio. The
time displays on it but none of the buttons work.
What should I do? Also, we had 2 12's in a box
hooked up to an amp under each of the second
row chairs. I needed to add that n there and make
sure that had nothing to do with it. But even w the
radio not working the amps still powered up

You may have a issue with the radio security settings because of the loss of power. If your radio has a code I think you need to enter it in.

I read up on that and my question is since the power button doesn't work as well it won't show anything in the display but the clock

I also have a 04 denali yukon xl, the radio power button is all that works on the radio. The only thing that works is the steering wheel controls, so we have no nav
