What do you call this part. Suspension related

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So I can't remove the part to change the bushings fitting the bolt broke. I just need to know what that part is called where the bolt is missing. Dead center in the pic. It connect down to the lower control arm

Thank you. For whatever reason that thing is stuck. Used fork punch, heated it. Idk I tried everything but it won't come out. Ty for the video I saw that as well.
