Has anyone tried to install this system update?

Currently I am getting the message "Bluetooth module is not connected" when I try to pair my cell phone. When I went to system settings updates, and scrolled down, they give a website to download a software update. I have a 2014 Toyota Camry hybrid. Has anyone tried to download and install the software update? http://www.fujitsu-ten.co/support/source/oem/13t/index.html

I seem to recall a few toyota service bulletins concerning this issue. This issue may require a trip to the Dealership for a refresh of a computer. Get back to us with results.
