I own a Honda 2014 CRV and i've had the tensioner replaced twice under warranty the most resent was about 2 months ago and it is rattling again is anyone else having this problem?

I have seen this problem, in one form or another, in the 2.4L Honda engine from 2006 and subsequent years. It seems that the main reason is that the timing chain tends to stretch due to metal fatigue, putting excessive pressure on the tensioner. I would go back to the dealer and tell them.
