My dealer says the window locks on my 2014 supercab only works on the rear windows after two trips to get it fixed. What's going on??

I 've had the truck in twice and this time the dealer says the windows locks don't work on the front windows. I would think they would have known that the first time

Check the owners manual. If that is true it should be stated there.
