Keyless code panel not working

The code lock on outside doesn't work
when I enter the code. The pad lights
up, but it will not unlock. Any help
would be appreciated. Also, when I use
the key to tailgate it won't unlock, only
the interior locks will unlock it.

I would try resetting the code. Your owners manual should tell you how. You will need the original factory code to do this. Maybe this video will help --- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c_AH9gVqI7g
