How can I raise my sitting positon on a 2013 mazda mita

the seat is too low, what can I use or by that would let me sit taller in the seat

remove 2 seat bolts from rear of seat base, take to part house and get 1 1/2 inch longer ones[ metric] cut or buy a- 1. and 1/4 inch sleeve to shim it up at rear, install the new longer bolts

before you do that, check the side of the seat for a lever that will raise it. even some cars with manual seats have a way to raise them.

Fab up some kind of spacers from steel square tubing or even use stacks of washers on the seat track bolts, but I don't know how long the original bolts are,match & change them to a longer size. Easy fix.
