Sequoia (2014) Rear Wiper not touching glass

Asked by J Nov 28, 2018 at 03:33 PM about the 2014 Toyota Sequoia Limited 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Question for the experts/gurus.
I own a 2014 Sequoia (limited), and the rear wiper blade does not touch the
glass, hence not cleaning at all.
Wondering if I should be changing the wiper arm, wiper blade or both?
Thanks in advance

Before replacing any parts, check/lubricate the hinge and make sure the spring is able to pull the arm down to the glass. The wiper arm may have slid out the shaft too far. If is use to work, something obvious must have happened.
