There are several reasons for that: AC Clutch failure - low Freon level (not empty but too low) - blown fuse - burned out Heater/AC control head - failed AC Clutch Relay - damaged wiring - there's a long list of things that can cause the AC to fail. The most common though is not enough Freon. How did you measure the amount of Refrigerant in the System?

Is it blowing air at all? Just not cold air?

Where is the a/c clutch relay located? I have found 2 fuses one under the hood one under the dash no relays.
