Question type: Maintenance & Repair

randomly i was driving started to hear some weird whining noise then few
mins later check engine light came on and it was driving ok then i shut it off
and checked the trouble code and it said head piston was overheating.....
when i took rad cap off there was no pressure when releasing it and it was
full of good coolant so i went to start it again and the fan started to make a
wobble/scrape loud noise that even when i turned the key to just on... and
the car would start and then just run for about 3 seconds then stall and it
keeps doing that.... PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!  (electric fan)
