My 2002 Ford mustang has some issues. My brake lights, wiper blades, turn signal switch, radio,over head lamp, cig lighter,Hazzard light control doesn't work, fuses are good, where my problem?

Also, check connections at fuse box, check fuse sockets for corrosion. Be sure that this car has never been in a flood. thousands of cars were flooded with no insurance and sold by owners to unsuspecting buyers. If a flooded car, you may never fix it.
