What is this screen called and how and where to
buy and replace it on my own

A auto radio repair service may be able to repair it. Ask your local dealership who they send their broken radios to to get repaired. One thing for sure, it will likely be fairly expensive.

My screen is cracked as well and does not respond when I touch it anyone selling this unit ? GuruLVBF do you still have it ?
