Can you help me buy a car that has an existing lein?

Thanks. However, banks do not hold titles at their branches. The procedure the seller told me was go pay it off at the branch and they will mail the title to the buyer but it will still be in the sellers name. Then the buyer and seller have to get together, again, to do the notary stuff. I.m uncomfortable paying it off and the title not being processed into my name. My intention here was to see if Carguru could process the transaction
