2002 gmc envoy

I have a 2002 gmc envoy that will not start. My husband has replaced starter, alternator,
ignition switch in the steering column. When you try to start it , it does nothing, all the lights
come on, including head lights and wont turn off unless you unhook the battery (even if they
are turn off  on the column). I need my envoy working ! PLEASE PLEASE HELP!

That's one for the boys over at gmtnation dot com. Only thing I can think of is the ground on the transmission hump on passenger side. 1 screw, pull carpet back a tad, I sanded mine down to bare metal. That ground handles a lot.

Check all the ignition fuses and relays.. Next check neutral park safety switch sometimes by just switching to neutral it will start or switching all the way down and back up to park or neutral will do the trick also.. That's where I'd start let us know how you made out. Grounds could also the issue and where I'd focus next but without proper tools and knowledge you may want to have someone who does take a look.

Sorry I miss read what exactly was happening, take the new ignition switch out and make sure that wheel at the top is in the proper position. I believe it's all the way over towards the right then 2 clicks towards left with the key turned to the off position.
