I know this is an old thread but it may help someone. I was experiencing problems with my AC in my 2015 Rogue and called my local service dept at my dealership, they asked me if I had any aftermarket (cheap) USB cords plugged into my car charging my phone. I did, so they told me to unplug them which I did and restarted my car and my AC started working fine. They said they recently received a service notice from Nissan stating there was a problem when consumers have aftermarket USB products plugged in to their vehicles that may cause the AC issues.
