I have a 2002 GMC Envoy. It failed the DMV Inspection test with Codes: P0014 & P1345. It shows "No Description Available". What can be done?

P1345 is cam-crankshaft sensor out of whack..or it has jumped time http://engine-codes.com/p1345_gmc.html
Went to check out that web site tennisshoes, and it's good. You should do that 374Belvedere
Be sure to also go to the links the guys out up ..for much more. I caught this: The I6 engine was designed without a traditional PCV valve, so crankcase blowby gets the back of the throttle body throat horribly dirty/sticky.

Am I to understand that the reason that I get a failed DMV inspection with a P0014 & P1345 is because my Camshaft & Crankshaft sensors are not working? I received many responses that it has become confusing.
