So you would say it is the starter not having enough power or any at all to crank over the motor? I'm having same issue. I just bought a new battery. I was going to go home and put a new battery in and then hit the freaking starter wirh a hammer hard enough but not like banging it to see if it freed it up enough crank over. I'm at loss on this crap also.

I replaced wirh new battery, new ignition switch, hit the starter a few times and nothing. But when I hotwire the ignition switch pink to red it fires up. Any help please?
