Your truck should have both a fuse and a relay for the fuel pump. They would be in the fuse block under the hood. But you can easily release the pressure but disconnecting the fuel line at the injector. It won't spray much at all. Just disconnect the battery and avoid sparks from work lamp too.

So on early models thos is true. I worked on a 2010 titan and what you said is correct. However on my 2014 according to dealer connect the relay is part of the fuse box itself, it also does not give any instructions on what to do. So if i disconnect the fuel rails and injectors will it mess with the computer or memory?
2005 Nissan titan I put a new fuel pump I drive a hundred mile and I have the same problem
