heater core?

Hi, I have a 2014 dodge dart, my car smells like
anti freeze and the defrosters dont work as they
should, when i turn the heat on, white smoke
(antifreeze) blows out. My windows get a oily
residue on them also. I was told it was my heater
core but they couldnt believe that it would go out
so soon being the car is only 4 yrs old. Im only
questionable about it being the heater core
because my passenger side floor has never been
wet, and my antifreeze over flow is still full. could it
just be clogged?

ok thank you, when you say parts can fail at anytime, what do you mean by that?

I had a cracked and leaking heater core hose. The loss of coolant caused the car to overheat and damaged the head gaskets. I replaced the hose, and refilled the coolant. I now have a bigger problem of coolant/water getting into the engine. Car is at 103K miles. officially out of warranty and Dodge does not want to recognize this as a product deficiency.
