Brand new 2014 Tuscon with 279 miles leaking tranny fluid?

Anyone else experience or heard of this happening? Did I get a lemon?

Told car was checked before delivery...transmission fluid pressure...tech did not replace old O ring with a new one...O ring gave way causing leak.

Understood...however how can i be optimistic about car when the little things can't be done correctly

Optimism is a state of mind. Tom always seems to see the best , I merely wait and if best comes that's great ; but, I am ready for the worst. Believe me - there are lemons.

thanks to both of you....rear wipers blamed on tow to dealership...got free tank of gas out of it.

How is it going with your Tucson? Any other problems since last post? Im car shopping and the Tucson is on the top of my list, just trying to find out if anybody has been having problems before i make my purchase. Thanks in advance.
