Scan for codes anyway. Fuel problems don't always set a code immediately so check fuel filter or pressure. Turbo boost provides your power; try to check that out too.

The turbo has a diverter valve and a waste gate solenoid that can malfunction, allowing you turbo boost to be wasted...not going to the engine intake...no power.

If you have a boost gauge what does it show under maximum acceleration?

Checked the pressure today, was told the fuel pump was ok. Had my oil change and filters replaced, as well as the spark plugs. Still sluggish. But I'm going to get the codes checked tomorrow.
