Just had my bad turbocharger on my 14 Ford
Edge replaced and I’m still getting a hesitation or a
“flat spot” when I accelerate from stop. When I
press the gas nothing happens then it kicks in a
goes.

Sounds like turbo lag to me. Some is probably normal. Did you replace the turbo with the stock size or is it bigger?
