Possibly but you must be the judge of the cars condition. Make sure you have good winter tires before you go.
Check the condition of the tires, serpentine belt(s), and hoses. Check your fluid levels too. I see no reason, after doing these checks, you won't have a safe and fun trip. Hope that helps! Jim
