O2 sensor help.

I hooked it up to a code reader. Said bad o2
sensor. What are some signs and symptoms
of the bad sensor. And would it be okay to
leave it unplugged?

Don't unplug it. What code do you get? Google the OBDii code, you will see there are a few thing to check before replacing the sensor itself.
