That's not a good sign. When did you purchase the vehicle? What state are you In? Depending on your state the average title turnaround is 31 days. Did you finance it?
If you bought the car cash then you should get the title but that should come from the DMV. If you financed it you won't get the title until it is paid off.
I bought a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe from a dealers ad on Car Gurus. I received the vehicle but not the title. The dealer wont return my calls or messages.
