Wiring in Rear Liftgate for a Wireless Backup Camera?

I want to install a wireless backup camera to the rear license plate of my new 2014 Grand Caravan (30th Ann. Ed.)  It's the Yada 5", Expandable system.  Is there a "reverse"-activated power cable already near there to power the factory-installed cameras (if a factory camera isn't installed)?  I want to avoid routing the camera cable over to a reverse light.

I finally paid a professional installer to put this unit in. Apparently, the wiring is not pre-installed.
