I am trying to find a replacement part for a broken seat belt in the back row seat. It is on the middle side of the 2/3 bench seat. I have attached a picture.
There is also a sticker on the silver part that has "POZV901X9AA" and then "512131R" and "TRW ONLY".

Oh so you've had the same problem with faulty seatbelts falling apart on you? Yeah the dealership and Chrysler both told me that since I'm out of my WORTHLESS 36,000 mile warranty, they won't do anything, but make me buy a new $80 part and pay them $175 labor to replace what I could change in under 1 minute. A part by the way that is a LIFE SAFETY device that should NEVER have failed, and could have killed my little girl! Yeah, Chrysler and Dodge are worthless companies for not recalling a plastic pile of shit that clearly is problematic.
I'm having the exact same problem! Can we all report this to Dodge?
I had the SAME problem!!! My 3rd row, outboard passenger seat! I got the buckle from the dealer (about $50)....I'm trying to figure out HOW to replace it so I don't have to pay over $150 for them to put it in! We should ALL report it to Chrysler.....AND NHTSA!!!
Y’all aren’t the only ones me too 3rd row drivers side
Same here! 2017 and the seatbelt broke.
Ours is 3rd row 2013 Chrysler Town and Country that quit working
I have a faulty second row buckle that I figured I could just buy the part and replace. But, now, there is a whole case around it that has to be taken off and I could just try and pull, but I'm afraid I'll break it. It's on there pretty tight. Has anyone been able to find instructions on how to actually get to the buckle to replace it?
