2015 Yukon XL 2nd row tv isn't working.

My 2nd row screen has been black not turning on for
sometime now but the third row screen works fine. I
recently bought a refurbished replacement and hooked to
the 2nd row and same thing the screen is black. I am now
wondering could it be the wires that plug into the screen.
Has anyone dealt with something like this?

It appears to be an issue with the 2015 model set up. I’m currently having the same issue. Both of my rear DVD screens have been out for about 18 months now.
