Can I reprogram my 2015 Chyrsler 200, on my own?

The key was lost to the car, we then called locksmith he failed and gave up
after 2 hours, we then found remote and it doesn't work, we understand it was
probably cleared, can I reprogram myself?? URGENT !!!!

their is a procedure , right now I just cant remember all the doing the hokey pokey silliness those asses burned into the silicon !
