Ac not working

The air in my car works fine in the mornings but in the
afternoon when I start the car it doesn’t come on at all. If I
roll the windows down a bit and drive on the freeway it
blows just a little but not enough. If the car stops it goes
off. What could this be?

did you ever figure out the problem? mine does the exact same thing

Mine started doing this too. Took to the mechanic and they say it’s the blower control module and is $250 for the part plus labor to install. Called another mechanic and they told me there is a $15 pigtail connector that can go bad. Will have them check to see if that needs to be replaced before spending 250
