Push the star issue with Chrysler 200

I recently replace the thermostat and the BCM of
this car but when I went to crank it up, it would not
change from the off position so I tried using the key
fob to start the car, but it would not do that either. Is
there any other step I could take to get my car
started.

How was the BCM repalced? Most BCM’s need programming from the dealer to match the vehicles VIN and calibration coding. If you just bought a BCM and put it in then that won’t work.

When you change the BCM it needs to be programmed to the vehicle.
