Would there be a way to attach a construction light off a back rack without running a lot of wire and drilling holes in the truck ?

Looking for a connection behind the cab or go through the floor somewhere

Wireless lights? If you want to power a light you have to run wire or get a self contained battery powered light. You should be able to run the new wire through existing holes in the firewall.
