Engine light on, battery light, stabilititrak, and theft detterant system on.

I deactivated the ani theft system with the key but
now the Engine makes a cracking noise when it's
turned over but it won't start although radio ac and
lights turn on. we already tried jumping the battery
but it still doesn't start we also jumped it directly
with cables without the batter. We took the battery
to get it checked and it's a bad battery but will that
trigger all the other light on the dashboard. Haven't
taken it to the dealer because I gotten payed yet.
The truck was doing great it had no signs that it
would stop working it just didn't turn on from one
day to another
