2014 Jeep Cherokee wheels will lock up when stopped for a light, ect. takes a few seconds to get them rolling again. this doesn't happen all the time, but is getting more frequent. Any suggestions

Replaced brake pads and rotors. Not making any noises(clicking ect).

Either something is going wrong with the brake calipers, sticking, or the brake line hydraulic hose running to the brake caliper are bad. For being a newer vehicle I would check the flexible brake hoses. Calipers would need to be inspected to see if there is a problem with those.
