My engine light is flashing on my 2008 chevy silverado i put new plugs wires and it seems to have gotten worse so i scanned it and it came up as random misfire??

I have a 2008 Chevy Silverado 5.3. Truck idles good when in park but when I put it into gear the check engine light comes on. P0307, witch is Cylinder 7 misfiring. Ive changed all the lifters,coils,injectors and solnoids. Plugs and wires as well. Even turned off the AFM to see if that would help. cleaned the pushrods, made sure they worked. valley cover has been cleaned as well 2 Answers
