I go by a few shops when I want to do something like this. They pull off perfectly good exhaust systems all the time for folks wanting upgrades. I ask if they have anything that performance grade & like new (used) he can install for me on a deal/trade, (Tip) When ever you get a chance to pull a catalytic converter off dirt cheap from a scrap car do so and save it for just this, tell him you have 1 or 2 or 3 which ever (they did not cost you hardly nothing) and you will drive away with a full custom exhaust costing pennies. Just wait until one of those muffler shops has the best mufflers you like with nice big welded on chrome tips, The last one I did cost $60 Its Flow-masters big tubes & tips, fits perfect. Total custom. I got to tell him where I wanted the tips to come out, Fully welded. Happy camper. I had one big CAT I traded him.
