My Ac stays on when it's not turned on I had to unplug it at the compressor and
I have no heat or fan nothing I've changed out the whole switch panel still
nothing

Fuses, fan relay, fan resistor. Just a few thing to check.
The A/C compressor will be on if you select defrost to dehumidify the air before it comes into the passenger compartment. Also, if you have automatic climate control the compressor will be on any time the outside temperature is above 35°F to prevent the windows from fogging up. There should be some kind of economy setting, with the automatic system, that turns the compressor off. Hope that helps! Jim
