My car battery was draining and could hear a ticking noise on right hand side.

I pulled the turn signal fuse out and its still good.But the jimmy started the next day. i put fuse back in and the ticking sound started again. so what could be the issue. Could the turn signal always on drain the battery.

assuming the ticking sounds like the same thing as the blinker click its a common thing with these trucks. Replace the blinker (multi) switch and it will stop. However the noise and any drain it can casue should stop when the key is turned off. If it's not the blinker sound it may be a blend door actuator/motor. Still should stop when power is off.
