02 Ford Ranger, starts and runs fine, but
voltmeter is at low end of spectrum and
battery light is on, blower motor for heater
slows, but intermittently everything returns
to normal then drops again, truck never
sputters or dies, and starts strong every
morning, any ideas?

Most likely a loose/corroded wire around the battery or alternator. It might also be a failing alternator. Go to an auto parts store and have them both tested.
