Good Deal Pricing

I have a question. Why does the "good, fair, & poor deal" price not change
with the changes in options? I am selling a 2015 BMW X3 with several
premium options but the value did not change as these were added. This is
not accurate and does not reflect the prices I am seeing for comparable X3s
online. It is also way off from the KBB private party value and even further off
from retail (which of course is high).

I would take this sites "good, fair, & poor deal" pricing with a big grain of salt, put the price where you want it and just describe the extra or premium features thoroughly, I suspect most BMW buyers are more savvy then the average car buyer and will see it's value.
