I have an 89 Chevy suburban with 700r4 auto transmission. When driving 1st and 2nd gears are fine, shifts to 3rd fine but when accelerating and applying a load truck will not accelerate. Tranny?

Added fluid. Was low from leak. Still does it.

700r4, the most common failure is losing 3rd and 4th. They begin to slip then go out entirely
