Question type: Maintenance & Repair

After 36,000 it is recommended that I
change the trans fluid. Your opinion?

Critical!! Especially if bought new. Breakin causes fine metal shavings to accumulate in the pan, there is a magnet in there to collect them. Changing the fluid and cleaning the pan prevents these shavings from damaging the interior of the tranny.
