I had a this car when I was younger and loved it so much I've wanted to find
another. I finally did but it will be almost a complete restoration, which I'm
prepared to do. It's complete with engine and transmission, though I'm sure
they are both going to need work. What would I expect to pay for this car?

That car might be worth $200. Keep in mind that restoration is a labor of love. You will have a lot more in it that it is worth when you are done. Better to find a good car.
Looking again at the photo I would say they would have to pay me to take it. That car is a rust bucket.
You are purchasing on your sentimental value. This POS isn't worth a dime. You should continue looking. These cars are not considered collectible and will never achieve any substantial value. Running cars in fair condition are available and should be considered.
