Water coming out of the tailpipe when an engine is cold is pretty normal. If it happens after the engine is warmed up then I'd be concerned. Also if the smoke is heavy thick sweet smelling white smoke that indicates coolant in the exhaust and that is not good. All vehicles will make some water out of the exhaust as it is part of the combustion process.

Smoke isnt sweet smelling its more like a gassy exhaust. And its really not heavy but it is noticeable. It continues fir as long as I let car run. As far as color, its like a blueish white color. But what about the black color to the water. This pic is what it looks like on the ground.

It may be running too rich. Is the check engine light illuminated on the dash? Does this vehicle consume oil?

No check engine lights, no codes. I just bought the truck and haven't really driven it long enough to know about the oil consumption.
